SC-YQJ-001 Two Pencils Three-layer Painting Machine is the domestic advanced wooden pencil paint equipment which used for painting base paint, color paint, varnish paint on pencil surface after pencil deburr process. It can process normal round,triangular,hexagonal pencil and other pencils (different rod types only need to replace the corresponding accessories). The machine equipped with pencil push clutch alarm device when pencil get stuck, compared with the traditional propulsion wheel device, the pencil has the advantages of uniform paint surface and without indentation.
Machine standard configuration:
The drying system is optional (depending on the regional climate and the pencil paint formula) and can painting about 40,000 pencils at one time
Heating device: Hot air tubes(totally 3 groups, each group has 2 tubes and 2 fans, a single tube power is 0.6kw)
