MDMJ-001 End Sharpening & Grinding Machine is used for grinding process.It has two functions, one is grinding the end of the pencil into a circular arc top (the next process is dipping process ),the
second is grinding the one end of pencil.Pencils from the hopper and are transmitted by the drive screw to ensure the pencil's stability. In the
production of round, hexagonal and triangular pencils , the production rate can be consistent. The processing method is Sandpaper grinding (Note: sandpaper is P50 sand belt, the replacement is extremely simple and convenient), the end becomes smooth and neat after grinding, easy to adsorb
UV paint. The grinding and sharpening of the end can be done by the same machine. This machine is equipped with humanized electric control system,the preferred equipment of grinding process.
