QG-SM Double Sides End Cutting Machine is used for cutting process ( after stamping process).It can cut one end of the pencil accurately,make the end surface to be flat(for better installing aluminum ferrule)and the pencil length to be unified,effectively prevent lead broken or uneven cutting phenomenon. Difference from the traditional cutting method,the pencil transmission mode of the machine is similar to the sharpening machine,the pencils can be cut from the edge to the middle during the rotation. Each machine equipped with two pieces diamond saw blade,it is very easy and convenient to replacement the blade.
