QG-DM Single Side End Cutting Machine is used for the cutting process (after stamping process or painting process). It can cut one end of the pencil accurately,make the end surface to be flat(for better installing aluminum ferrule)and the pencil length to be unified. The production
rate ofmachine can be consistent when produce different type of pencils. The machine adopts rotary type saw blade,effectively prevent lead broken or uneven cutting phenomenon. Each machine comes with one piece diamond saw blade,it is very easy and convenient to replacement the blade.
