LZSD-YQJ-001 Six Pencils Painting Machine can brush primer and finishing coat on pencils.It is used for pencil painting process (usually after the pencil deburring process).Processing range is round, triangular, hexagonal and other rod type (different rod type only need to replace the corresponding pencil orbit).It has the alarm device when the pencils get blocked.There is no indentation on the paint surface of the pencil compare with traditional propulsion wheel device. This machine can painting 40000 pencils one time,the drying box on the transfer belt is optional (Depending on geographical climate and different paint formulations),the length of the machine can be customized according to area.factory standard length is 15 meters,In addition can choose 13 meters and 14 meters.
