SZSD-YQJ-001 Four Pencils Painting Machine is used for pencil painting process(after thepencil shaping process).It can brush primer and finishing coat on pencils.Processing range is round, triangular, hexagonal and other rod type (different rod type only need to replace the corresponding pencil track plate).It has the alarm device when the pencils get blocked. There is no indentation on the paint surfaceof the pencil compare with traditional propulsion wheel device.
This machine can painting 40000 pencils at one time,the drying box on the transfer belt is optional(Depending on geographical climate and different paint formulations).The length of the machine canbe customized according to area condition,standard length is 12 meters, in addition can choose 11.5,13,14 and 15 meters.
